"The Evolving Vision for the Nashua" with Marion Stoddart and Mayor Lisa Wong
Watch the film "Work of 1000" then hear from Marion and Fitchburg Mayor Lisa Wong about the relationship of the Nashua River to our lives--in work and play, past, present, and future. Learn what you can do to have fun in and near the river, and how you can help protect the Nashua. Public Q&A. Moderated by filmmaker Susan Edwards.

Community groups including the Fitchburg Farmers Market, Fitchburg Greenway Committee, and Nashua River Watershed Association will have displays about things you can do to love, care, and protect our natural environment.

Also on display will be art works created during the "Along the Nashua River" Paint-In sponsored by Fitchburg Cultural Alliance in June, 2010.

FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Sponsored by the Fitchburg Public Library.
